Thank god it's Friday. It has been a very long week. And a wild one weather wise for us at that. One day it is 85 and the next they are predicting snow. One day we are sleeping with the windows open the next we have to turn the heat pump back on. Emma had a busy week this week. She had spring pictures on Thursday (yes she and I battled over clothes again............. Momma won this time). They started their tap dance, and found out that they are going to be using guitars (thank you choo choo papa for offering to make them for us) with sunglasses and baseball caps, and yes, I volunteered to put everyone initials on the hats in rhinestones...... hey I'm not the room mom this year, give me a break, I have to get involved some how.
The second grad is also putting on the famous Americans play on March 27. Emma was so excited that she got a speaking role this time....... she is going to be Pochaontas. WAHOO, she was so giddy last night with excitement, it does mean she has to memorize her lines, but she will do fine. And for all the Buffalo family, it means that we have a chance to try out the new video camera, so you all can actually see something she is doing. She also has a field trip coming up in April to the zoo again.
I have been so busy at work, and so has Scott. Last night, I was reviewing some documents for a deposition today, while Emma and Scott were watching Survivor..... this is her being her silly self, she needs a hair cut so badly :)
